Customer Communications
Upon enquiry, your information will be entered into our database and used for automated emails relating to your experience, which are sent via Mailchimp. These include; important details and information prior to your appointment, follow up emails with any information requested during the appointment and communications about your fittings and order schedule if you go ahead with a purchase. Being entered into this database does not automatically enroll you for marketing emails - unless you opted in for these via the website or agreed to these in person, your data will only ever be used for the purposes stated above in over to give you the best possible customer experience.
How long will we keep your data
Mailing list data is stored indefinitely. Enquiries, orders and customer data will only be kept until no longer relevant; usually for a maximum of 6 months following the date of your wedding or event. When your booking comes to an end, you will be given the opportunity to opt-in to stay in touch.
Security
All data collected is stored on password protected devices for security purposes and will never been shared with any third parties. Mailing list data is stored and managed using Mailchimp.
Willow and Grace Bridal promises to safeguard and secure the information collected to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
